Metro Properties Group, LLC is a licensed commercial real estate agency located in and serving South Carolina that opened in Myrtle Beach in 2013.  Our primary role is that of a Commercial Real Estate Buyer’s agency. We specialize in representing buyers’ best interests in the pursuit and acquisition of off market commercial properties that meet their buying objectives.

Scott Taylor is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Metro Properties Group.  Scott began his commercial real estate career in 1999 in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The introduction of GIS technology in late 1999 would define his preferred role in commercial real estate deal making, finding unique purchase and development land opportunities everyone else was driving past.  Never perceiving GIS as “mapping software”, Scott understands its power and functionality lies in analytics. Getting results for a commercial real estate search from a GIS requires more than loading data and pushing a button. GIS requires an intimate understanding of workflow and data interaction.  Geospatial Analytics applied to Commercial Real Estate transforms your shotgun search to a custom laser targeted commercial real estate search.  Applying your commercial site criteria to the necessary datasets (creating unique datasets when required) yields qualified areas and properties to potentially acquire. Consequently, finding off market commercial properties and development land for sale that meet a Client’s objectives is the goal.
